Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 different flavors of Jello 1 small package of each, about 3 oz. each
  • Additional granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy using an electric mixer.

  • Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
