Come on @Ask_Spectrum and @GetSpectrum , get your internet **** together!5 days without internet access and it came on today for about an hour and then gone again. Their My Spectrum app is all but useless to get any good info on possible time frame or what the problem is!

@Ask_Spectrum we have been out of tv and internet service for 7 days. We aren’t even in the worst hit areas from Ian. What is the status? We need not have our phones to communicate and watch tv and spectrum mobile keeps slowing our data even after paying to add more data. Help!

So @getspectrum was supposed to have a tech out here to fix my stuff today. They marked that they arrived here at 6pm. Idk where they supposed to have arrived but it isn’t here. So they sent someone else and the arrival time is getting pushed later and later

@Ask_Spectrum I've dealt with bad customer service but spectrum has set the bar to a whole new level. Try calling corporate and they blacklist your number so they don't even have to answer, you instantly get disconnected. Corporate doesn't care about bad customer service.

@Ask_Spectrum It’s not specific to me, it’s company policy. The store and the customer service rep on the phone confirmed it. It’s crazy that anyone would have to do this. This just confirms I won’t be back as a customer.

@Ask_Spectrum Canceling subscription debacle. The short: I’m moving and no longer need my service. I go to the @GetSpectrum store to turn in my equipment and cancel. They tell me I have to call to cancel and that they cannot take my equipment, as that will need to go to UPS.

@Ask_Spectrum Day 4 of no service and no estimated repair date. We had service for 13 hours AFTER power was fixed but then service went down and has been gone since Sept 30. Only one ISP available in my area. #HurricanIan #spectrumsucks
