I-95 North Viaduct, Providence

• Providence: I-95 North at Exit 37 B/C/D interchange, various exit ramp closures as needed for paving, steel placement & bridge work, Mon. – Thurs. nights, 11 p.m. – 6 a.m. Follow signed detour.
• Providence: I-95, from Exit 36B to Exit 39A, left lane closure for overheard signage installation and steel placement, Mon. night, 10 p.m.-6 a.m. and Tues.- Thurs. nights, 9 p.m. – 6 a.m.
  

Washington Bridge, East Providence/Providence

• New Traffic Pattern: Bypass lanes for I-195 West traffic from East Providence to Providence are open. This temporary traffic pattern allows three lanes of travel eastbound and three lanes of travel westbound – all operating on the eastbound Washington Bridge. Expect delays.
  

Reconstruction of Route 146 (Lincoln/North Smithfield)

• Lincoln: Rte. 146 at I-295 will be closed for bridge demolition, Tues. – Thurs. nights, 9 p.m. – 6 a.m. Traffic will be detoured on to Rte. 146 (C-D) service roads.
• Lincoln:Rte. 146, from Rte. 116 (Exit 7) to Rte. 99 (Exit 8C), alternating lane closures for bridge demolition, Tues. – Thurs. nights, 9 p.m. – 6 a.m.

Route 37 Improvements (Cranston/Warwick)

• Cranston: I-295 North, from Phenix Ave. to Exit 6 (Plainfield Pk.), left lane closure for road construction, Wed. – Fri., 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Cranston: Rte. 37, over Pontiac Ave., alternating lane closures for bridge work, Thurs. night, 9 p.m.- 5 a.m.

Henderson Bridge (East Providence, Providence)

• East Providence:Henderson Pkwy. West, at the off-ramp to Massasoit, ramp closed for construction. Follow signed detour.
• East Providence: East River St./River Dr., from Waterman St. to Angell St., road closed for bridge demolition, Mon. – Fri., 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Follow signed detour.

Weekday

• North Providence: Charles St. at Macari Dr., alternating one-way traffic for sidewalk work, Tues. – Fri., 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Providence: Allens Ave./Narragansett Blvd., from Ohio Ave. to Massachusetts Ave., right lane closure for sidewalk & curb work, Tues. – Fri., 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.

East Bay Bike Path Bridges

• Barrington/Warren:Rte. 114, at the Barrington and Warren Bridges, the northbound boardwalks will remain open during demolition and construction of the bike path bridges, providing a continuous off-road path around the construction area.

Newport Pell Bridge Approaches - Phase II

• Newport: Striping operations will be taking place on the following roadways in a moving operation, Mon. – Thurs. nights, 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.: Admiral Kalbfus Rd. to Third St., JT Connell Hwy. from the RK plaza to Van Zandt Ave., Rte. 138 from the Pell Bridge to Admiral Kalbfus Rd.
• Newport: America’s Cup Ave., from Farewell St. to Glady’s Carr Bolhouse Rd., alternating lane closures for paving, Thurs. night, 8 p.m. – 6 a.m.
• Newport: Rte. 138, from the Pell Bridge to the JT Connell Connector, alternating lane closures for bridge work, Tues. – Thurs. nights, 8 p.m. – 6 a.m.

New Traffic Pattern

• Cumberland:Rte. 122 (Mendon Rd.), from Rte. 116 (George Washington Hwy.) to Albion Rd., right lane closed/shifted with frequent vehicle access in/out of work zone for bridge work, through May 2024.

• Glocester: Rte. 44, from Reservoir Rd. to the roundabout, alternating shoulder closures for roadway milling, Tues. – Fri., 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Smithfield: Rte. 44 (Putnam Pk.) & I-295 South at Exit 12 A/B on-ramps, alternating lane closures for road construction, Tues. – Fri., 6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

• North Kingstown: Rte. 138, at the ramps from Rte. 1 (Tower Hill Rd.), frequent vehicle access in/out of the work zones for drainage work behind barrier, Tues. – Fri., 6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• North Kingstown: Tower Hill Rd., from West Allenton Rd. to Hamilton Allenton Rd. alternating one-way traffic for curb, sidewalk, & electrical work, Tues. – Fri., 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Airport Connector

• Warwick:Post Rd., from Warwick Ave. to the TF Green Airport entrance, alternating lane closures for construction, Tues. – Fri., 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
