Oh and I had a short funny story that I thought I’d share before we dived in. I was so excited that I called up my mother after I finished the piece to share. I was telling her, “ … yeah, so like, in conclusion, the dynamics of the Andropov - Yakovlev - Brezhnev triangle lie at the heart of the matter, and well, in understanding the St. Petersburg “Economic Club” of reformers who began Perestroika as well!”
As I finished and waited breathlessly, there was a short pause on the other side of the line.
Suddenly, I got hit by a wave of hysterical sobbing and temple-bursting wailing.
“We thought you’d become a d-d-doctor! Tetya Vera’s son Dima is two years younger than you and he has an apartment now! He’s dating a nice Jewish girl from the commieblock near ours in Kiev! They ask me at work what my son does and I don’t even know what to tell them! Do you know how that makes me feel? Do you ever care about anyone except yourself? Where did we go wrong? Oh, bozhe have mercy on me! What did I do to deserve this? You are JUST like your father!”
My eardrums are nothing but bloody pulps now! Oh, and I think there’s a new crack in my molar too! Haha, good times!
Not to worry though, I’m sure my generous and supportive readers will appreciate the article though and will reimburse my efforts financially.

Jokes aside, this was going to be one big article, but then I took pity on the readers and myself. There is simply too much relevant information to share about Andropov and I couldn’t cram it all into one post in good conscience.
For Part I we will focus less on his legacy and more on his initial scheming and eventual toppling.
For Part II, I will simply prove the Andropov-Yeltsin-Putin continuity timeline.
The standard narrative puts Andropov and Gorbachev even as part of a separate USSR era, which has largely been left behind by Boris Yeltsin and Vladimir Putin. But this characterization only serves to confuse the issue because almost the entirety of the “Russian” Deep State got their start under Andropov or Gorbachev and remain in power today.
For today though, I am going to focus on the following allegations.
That:
Andropov was not a Zionist, but was very conscious of his ethnic Bolshevik roots
It was Andropov and his KGB that initiated the “Perestroika” of the USSR as a kind of NEP 2.0 program + an attempt to follow the China model of global market integration
The ultimate goal was to politically and economically Converge the eastern elite with the West on more-or-less equal terms
However, a CIA-sponsored faction that was even worse than Andropov took power, and simply imploded the USSR
This left the Soviet elite feeling betrayed and scrambling to figure out how to deal with the West
Which is what led to the Putin phenomenon (we will cover it next time)
Of course, the standard narrative is that Gorbachev suddenly developed a moral consciousness and decided to make a grand humanitarian gesture to the world by ending the USSR. We covered this fake narrative already:

The reality of the plot to destroy the USSR was, of course, far more sinister.
This material has to be understood and then even applied to your own countries to understand the MO of the ethnic Trotskyite elite that rule over all of us now. It is crazy to even think about, but the world’s largest and most heavily-armed empire fell apart overnight and nobody even bothered to ask, “what happened?”
Seriously, go ahead and ask, say, your doctor if he knows why the USSR collapsed and see what these supermen of intellect and sex appeal have to say on the topic.
I went to get the blood dripping out of my eardrums checked today and after he changed my crusty cotton swabs for fluffy fresh ones, I asked him, “isn’t it curious that Yakovlev’s proven CIA connections and outrageous spending in Moscow were defended by Brezhnev and Suslov if they were supposed to be the “patriotic” faction working to preserve the USSR?
My doctor considered the information, took his stethoscope off, nodded his head sagely and said, “sar, please be to not forgetting the co-pay and leaving review five stars please, thank you!“

Here we are, 40-some years out and still nobody knows or even remembers what happened. How is that even possible? Are people just profoundly uncurious?
Maybe … but I believe that this amnesia is deliberately induced as well.
