Where can I find what direct routes AA flys out of a given city?
I know this is a simple question, but I'm trying to find all the direct routes out of STL. Thanks for the help.

Download the PDF timetable from AA.com here. Then find the listing for STL and look for 0 connections

You can look up the airport's page on wikipedia. I find this 99.5% accurate. Google:
[city name] airport wiki
and you should get the page. Each page has a list of the airlines servicing the airport, and where they fly to.

ummmm, given the 2 choices above, I would go with the AA (or OW) pdf timetable. Less of a time lag if a change is made IMO. A 'good' wiki page will be well referenced and cited. If that's the case, I would think it would refer right back to the respective airlines timetable.

for smaller cities, this probably would work too
http://www.oneworld.com/ow/flight-info/where-we-fly
then click on the interactive map.

Looking at the timetables for 0 stops is the best way. Route maps can be misleading sometimes.
Side note - I can fly PHL-LAX direct on AA, which technically means a STOP in DFW but no change of flight number.
You're obviously looking for nonstop flights.

a third possibility is to look at flightstats.com and filter by airport and airline (it's probably less useful than AA.com).

That is remarkable, isn't it? That's what I do too, but I didn't think of your shortcut via google, thanks.
It's got to be the airlines themselves updating those pages right away, or the airports, I guess.

Airline Route Mapper
Don't forget the great freeware app at http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trave...-released.html -- which is never very out of date (as its developer updates routes regularly). And while not 100% accurate (what is?), the errors I've noted are very few and far between.

I've tried a variety of options and this has always worked best for me.

That map is a joke. Beyond the questionability of YYZ, SFO and Washington being listed as "oneworld hubs," unless I've missed something, there's no way to distinguish thru flights. If you pick operated, scheduled and nonstop only from SAN, you get back MSP, ICT, SAT, MTY, BNA, JAX, and MCO in addition to the actual nonstop flights. Showing thru flights is useless IMO.

Yep, while it's a neat tool, I wish they'd differentiate "direct" from "non-stop" flights.
