Heat the oil for a few minutes, then leave it for 15 minutes before heating it again and repeating the process 2-3 times. After that, place it in a jar and apply it to the affected area.

Garlic oil

This is the most effective treatment, and it is widely used in India. Heat 3-4 garlic buds in mustard oil for 3-5 minutes, or until the garlic turns brown. You may also mix in some cayenne pepper and apply it to the sore spot. This is one of the simplest ayurvedic massage oil recipes.

Eucalyptus oil

The most powerful treatment for a variety of health issues such as asthma, sinusitis, coughs, respiratory difficulties, burns, and wounds, among others. This best pain oil provides excellent relief from joint pain. To make the oil, heat 14 ounces of eucalyptus leaves in 1 bowl of olive oil.
