Job SummaryCoordinates the collection, billing, and maintenance of student accounts and receivables.
Job Duties
Is responsible for accounts receivables which includes student tuition, third party billing, corporate billings, scholarships, and departmental money collected for miscellaneous fees.
Monitor students accounts to ensure accuracy
Accounts for student revenue using PeopleSoft in a timely manner
Reconciles daily cash receipts and prepares bank deposits.
Processes accounts receivable and accounts payable, and miscellaneous documents (travel vouchers, department deposits, etc.)
Minimum QualificationsAssociates Degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience
