  • Specialty fertilisers; Mineral or organic fertilisers with an advanced functionality, such as water-soluble fertilisers and controlled release fertilisers that gradually release the nutrients. Specialty fertilizers are used to increase the efficiency ( less waste and pollution into nature) and effectiveness of plant nutrition
  • Bis- solutions; Mainly bio-stimulants or combinations of bio-stimulants with at least one of the following technologies: wetting agents, mineral nutrients, organic components or biopesticides. Bio-stimulants specifically help to improve the growth of a plant and/or help the plant to stay more healthy, use less water and/or produce more seeds, fruits etc.

The market for conventional fertilisers is not relevant for X. In 2020 X’s total addressable market had an estimated value of more than USD 48bn. The USD 48bn relates to specialty fertilisers and bio-solutions and does not include other products like wood fibre and wetting agents. Specialty fertilisers and bio-solutions are mainly applied to higher value crops such as fruits, vegetables, ornamentals and in turf.

  • 200k€ for additional growth initiatives in Europe
  • Repay 225k€ 10% interest-bearing bridge loan
  • 275k€ headroom for unexpected market risks and new opportunities and/or for potential delays of planned transfers of cash from China in the ‘24 and ‘25 timeframe.
