Across the U.S., everyone's got their favorites: prime rib, rolls, gingerbread cookies. So we did some digging and found the most popular Christmas dish in every state across the country. Read ahead to find out what your state prefers. (And let us know if you agree!)

Much like a beloved sports team, style of BBQ, or the proper way to top a hot dog, each state has a Christmas dish they love the absolute most. Hawaiians love their , Alaskans are all about the crab legs, and no surprise, Montanans love a cast-iron skillet steak. States with large Italian-American roots love celebrating the feast of the seven fishes, in which case fish and seafood get all the love. So if you live in New Jersey, why not add a cioppino to your spread?

Some states have a clear sweet tooth too. Arizonans claim flan as their favorite, and we absolutely get it as we are pretty obsessed with our chocoflan these days. And Michiganders love their Christmas cookies, while their neighbors in Wisconsin are obsessed with Danish kringle. Whatever you choose for your own holiday table, we highly suggest you make your bread pudding Kentucky-style with a dash of bourbon this year!
