Extremely disappointed with Veridian Bank's handling of my loan account. Despite Veridian staff approval, I was charged exorbitant insurance fees. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue were met with silence. Trust has been shattered. They are a dishonest and dishonorable group.

Horrible customer service in the afternoons. I was on hold for almost 10 minutes and was told I was caller "1" and that it would be answered shortly. I would be directed to a phone by ringing, and they would put me right back on hold with no response.

By far the worst bank I have dealt with when it comes to auto loans. In a digital world we’re most consumers pay their bills online or through automatic payments this company charges a $10 fee for every payment it’s free if you have a checking account with them but if you don’t meet their state residency requirements you cannot open an account with them. Statements come out quarterly and they do not offer an online portal for NON banking customers to view their current loan balance. Trying to locate a phone number to get pay off balance is impossible.

Best bank I won’t go anywhere else!! Walk in there in 20 minutes later you have a check in your hand to go buy a car. Then you don’t have to worry about the dealerships finance shenanigans.

Beware, if you are thirty days late on your car loan, they will not take the one month payment. Veridian will want you to pay the *Full* two months payment to prevent repossession, or further collection activity. It’s also hard to get in contact with someone from the account resolution department. They will prevent you from being able to transfer money to your auto loan account. Most of Veridian’s employees are rude and condescending. Read your contract, a big mistake on my part for not reading it throughly.

Bought a new motorcycle and they arranged financing through Veridian. Shame on me for not looking at the reviews that clearly indicate the poor customer service that I am currently experiencing. They are really good at misdirection and wasting peoples time in my opinion. If you want poor customer service and like to waste a ton of time they are the best bank for you!
